hi all,As i wrote in my second book, words are a bit of a trap, a floored system, each word conjours different things in different minds (e.g sunset, shaman, rainbow, pain, break).   But saying that, words can often affect energy and how one feels.With two people co-habiting, or as lovers, cross words can be like a punch or a kick to someone else's energy, and create a spiral of destruction.  If one gets angry allot then they call in dark energies into themselves (invoke), and often, those dark energies will want feeding - by getting anger and aggressive responses out of the other person  - one could go much deeper into this via M.Tsarion, Franz Hartmann, Franz Bardon's writings but this is not what the blog is about.Isn't it funny how in 10 years or so...

Hi all,Straight off the bat, I'm not a Buddhist, but i've studied some of the nice philosophies - in books, and with some Monks in the Himalayas some years ago.Buddhism holds much beauty in the core doctrines, so much so that centuries ago, people went to allot of trouble to celebrate, study, and contemplate the doctrine.However, in 2013, Buddhism is now completely commercialised across the world, people buy plastic statues, buddha lip balm, and lots of other crap that is mostly made in Chinese factories.  In Europe much Buddhist tat is sold in Chinese shops, and even garden centres and larger stores have now got in on the action."But it gets people interested in Buddhism" I hear some readers say.   But the point is that this shit being made, distributed, and sold, just is not...

hi all,I've had a break from the site due to things going on in the external, but have a few goodies lined up for the near future.I want to write about more meaningful things but a recent trip to ghoul-ridden England demands a note or two.I arrived in England recently and was welcomed by a...........drumroll...............bank machine (??).Stop right there.  Stop.   I stood there in disbelief for minutes in awe.  I tapped a stranger next to me (he got scared) - "hey Mr, do you think it a little strange that a bank machine is welcoming us to a train station?" - he looked away, scared of any eye contact, and shuffled away with his costa coffee mug that was the size of a bucket.I then saw the "free cash withdrawals" - that's generous I thought, maybe a sorry for the banks...

Does a physical change occur before an individual shift in consciousness?For this we have to first ask what can really trigger a shift in ones individual consciousness?A shock.  An experience.A study of new information.A fast.Solitude.An altered state.The dissolving of duality.All require a physical catalyst that one does with the physical vessel (e.g taking the body somewhere, placing it with certain people, holding a book, deciding to sit in silence, not ingesting food etc).   Each then create an energy movement on other planes.    I cannot think of any consciousness shifts that occur without a catalyst in the physical realm......(save for consciousness slowly getting deeper and more complex over generations as source seeks to experience...

hi all,Due to little rain and no snow on the sierra nevada, and for the first time in decades, the mountain spring that provides the stream and all the water here, got very dry, and got driven underground.I have lived for the past six weeks or so, collecting water in containers from another mountain, and in this I have been grateful and sparing with each drop (especially during the days of 42 degrees).Why would one do this?   Running water is everywhere, and most people would hate the thought of living with this amount of "lack" in "basic requirements."But in asceticism and minimalism is gratitude, and to be grateful for the smallest things creates personal power.  It creates appreciation, and bends the see-saw of "appreciation Vs lack" in the right direction.The mindfulness...
